Can I import my existing courses? ＋
Not automatically — yet. During setup our team migrates your first 3 courses by hand from whichever tool you're on today (Google Docs, PowerPoint, an old LMS). For larger libraries, tell us the source and we'll scope the migration.
Do you support SCORM or xAPI? ＋
Not currently. The Next Elearning uses its own native course format (video + reading + question steps) rather than SCORM packages. This trades interoperability for a much simpler authoring and learner experience. If SCORM is a hard requirement, we're probably not the right fit yet.
Does it work on mobile? ＋
Yes. The whole app is responsive and works on any device with a browser. There's no separate native app on purpose — one codebase, less to break.
How long does setup take? ＋
1–2 days end-to-end for most teams: create your account, invite users, publish your first course. With our white-glove setup (included in the one-time setup fee) it can be a few hours.
What about GDPR and where does my data live? ＋
All data is hosted in Germany (Hetzner). Nothing leaves the EU. The Next Elearning is GDPR-compliant by design, and a DPA is available on request. See our security page for details.
How is The Next Elearning different from Moodle / TalentLMS / EasyLMS? ＋
We're deliberately smaller and more opinionated: one focused sequential flow instead of endless configuration, one tool for authoring + delivery + certification + audit, and every course truly multi-language (one course, per-step translations) rather than one course per language. If you need SCORM, hundreds of course templates, or a plugin marketplace, older LMSs will serve you better.
What if I want to leave? ＋
Your data is yours. Full export via our read-only API and a CSV/JSON dump on request. No content lock-in.
